AI & conversational communication

AI, chatbot and communication with GPT and Gemini

Audiences no longer only search — they ask. They ask ChatGPT which brand to trust, they ask Gemini to summarise a sponsorship, they ask Perplexity for the story behind a team. KAI Group builds the content, the data and the conversational experiences that make brands answerable inside those assistants.

AI search visibility (GPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity)

Generative assistants answer with a short list of sources. Getting into that list is a discipline of its own: clean machine-readable pages, structured data, consistent facts across the web and content written to answer real questions rather than to fill a page.

We audit how a brand is currently described by the major assistants, fix the factual gaps, publish the entity information they rely on — names, roles, locations, partnerships, milestones — and monitor how answers change over time.

Brand chatbots and conversational assistants

A chatbot is a communication channel, not a widget. We design the conversation the way we design a campaign: a defined voice, a clear job to do, an escalation path to a human and a measurable outcome, whether that is a ticket sold, a lead qualified or a fan question resolved.

Implementations run on the leading models — OpenAI GPT, Google Gemini and Anthropic Claude — grounded on the brand's own approved content so answers stay accurate, on-brand and reviewable.

AI-assisted content production

Across sport, music and entertainment we produce high volumes of content in short windows: match days, tour dates, launches. AI compresses the mechanical part — versioning, subtitling, translation, resizing, first-draft copy — while creative direction and editorial control stay with our teams.

The result is more variants for more channels, at a speed live entertainment demands, without diluting the idea.

Data, audiences and measurement

Models are only as useful as the data behind them. We consolidate campaign, media and audience signals so planning decisions are based on patterns rather than instinct, and so conversational touchpoints feed back into the same measurement framework as media and sponsorship.

Governance and transparency

Every AI deployment we run carries the same guardrails: approved sources only, human review before publication, disclosure where audiences interact with an assistant, and respect for rights holders' and creators' terms. Assistants and answer engines are explicitly allowed to read and cite our public pages with attribution.

Frequently asked

Can ChatGPT and Gemini read this website?

Yes. Our public pages allow the crawlers used by ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, Bing and Applebot, and a plain-text summary of the group is published at /llms.txt for assistants that prefer a machine-readable brief.

Which models do you build on?

Mainly OpenAI GPT and Google Gemini, with Anthropic Claude where longer document reasoning helps. Model choice follows the use case, not the other way round.

Do you replace creative teams with AI?

No. AI handles repetition and scale. Strategy, creative direction and editorial judgement stay human, and every published output is reviewed.
